I've had a nasty headache all morning, but think it's most likely a withdrawal effect from giving up my morning capuccino. I weighed 133.5 this morning which is good, because after the weekend I've normally put on a pound or two. I did the toning and full cardio this morning and boy do you sweat. I had to rush into the shower and still felt hot all morning. I keep dreaming of that choc pudding and will post how many calories were in it tomorrow. This afternoon the snack is a cucumber relish which does not sound like my cup of tea. I had my breakfast late, so only had a boiled egg for lunch. I'm supposed to have a spinach salad with it, but don't feel that hungry and feel too tired to make it. I'm sure this is Tracy's bigger plan - exhaust us so that we can't even make your food plan. It's working!
The twins slept until 6:30am which made it possible for me to do my cardio this monring. When they wake at 5am I feel like a wreck all day! I hope I can make another 28 days - just doing the exercise for that duration would be amazing. It seems lots of people fall off the food plan because it's very restictive. We'll see...
